Photos and posts drive engagement
Add real photos regularly — exterior, interior, team and finished work — so customers know what to expect, and publish posts for offers, projects and updates. Google documents relevance, distance and prominence as the main local ranking factors; it does not document any ranking benefit from adding location tags to photos.
Reviews: ask, respond, repeat
Ask every satisfied customer at the moment of delivery, send a short review link, and reply to every review — positive or negative. Responses signal an active, trustworthy business.
Q&A and messaging
Seed your own FAQ questions and answers, monitor the Q&A section, and enable messaging if you can respond quickly. Unanswered questions become objections.
