3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement, all website designs, code structures, graphics, branding elements, and content created by B2B Webs remain the intellectual property of B2B Webs until full payment for the project has been cleared. Upon full payment, ownership of custom project code and deliverables transfers to the client in accordance with project contracts.

4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

When utilizing our website or submitting project materials, you agree:

• To provide accurate, complete, and current business information.
• Not to upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or unauthorized software.
• To ensure you possess legal rights and copyright authorizations for all text, assets, and images supplied to B2B Webs for project buildouts.

5. Payment Terms & Billing

Payment schedules are outlined in formal project estimates. Invoices are payable upon receipt or within the stipulated timeframe. B2B Webs reserves the right to suspend active work or delay server deployment in the event of overdue balances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B2B Webs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of service interruptions, third-party hosting downtime, or unauthorized website access beyond our reasonable control.
